How To Honour Your Wedding Guests

September 2, 2017 by Maryam Leave a Comment

Your wedding day will be a very memorable experience, where you have fun with your loved ones. It’s a way of showing gratitude to your wedding guests;  friends and family for always being there for you.

Here are tips to honouring your wedding guests and making them feel loved and appreciated.

  1. Set Up Your Wedding Website

It’s ideal to have a wedding website for the guests to have a good knowledge of every aspect of your wedding.

Make sure you include the important information, such as the date, time and location of your wedding. This will make your guests certain and confident about your day. They can have access to every details of your wedding, but this will decrease the tension based on calls and questions.

2. Book Hotel Room Blocks
Assist the wedding guests by booking hotel rooms for them, mostly if you’ve invited many out-of-towners. You’ll save them the time and effort of searching for a hotel close to your venue.

3. Give Advanced Notice
Inform your wedding guests about your wedding at least six months before its date. This will give them enough time to get prepared.

4. Make Sure Your Guests are Well Fed
Ensure that there is plenty of food and drink for the guests, mostly at the cocktail hour. This will ensure that the guests are not famished.

You should consider taking note of the guests with dietary needs or allergies.

5. Provide Transportation
Providing transportation satisfy taking the guests from the hotel to the wedding venue.

This will prevent the guests; mostly those staying out of town from getting confused over the roads and directions to the venue.

Transportation should also be provided after the wedding to take them back to the hotel. They might have  a lot to drink at the party and driving in such state is very risky.
